慕课教学模式在内科护理学教学中的应用研究

Research on the Application of MOOCs Teaching Mode in the Teaching of Internal Medicine Nursing

摘要: 目的 探讨基于慕课的教学模式在内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法 以右江民族医学院2021级护理本科学生2个班共108人作为研究对象,通过数字随机法以班级为单位分为研究组和对照组。研究组采用慕课教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。对比两组学生的期末考试成绩、自主学习能力情况及课堂满意程度。结果 研究组学生期末考试成绩、课堂满意程度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),自主学习能力中学习动机及自我管理水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在内科护理教学中采用慕课教学模式可提高学生的学习成绩、学习动机及自我管理水平,提高学生的教学满意度,具有推广意义。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of MOOCs-based teaching mode in internal medicine nursing teaching. Methods A total of 108 undergraduate nursing students from 2 classes of 2021 in Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities were taken as the research objects and divided into study group and control group by numerical random method. The study group adopted MOOCs teaching mode, while the control group adopted traditional teaching mode. The final exam scores, independent learning ability and class satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared. Results The final exam scores and class satisfaction scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the details of learning motivation and self-management level in the independent learning ability were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Adopting MOOCs in the teaching of internal medicine nursing can improve students'academic performance, learning motivation and self-management level, and improve students' teaching satisfaction.
