职教本科背景下现场工程师人才培养路径研究——以现代移动通信技术专业为例

摘要: 现场工程师人才培养是继现代学徒制、企业新型学徒制以后提出的一项促进校企深入合作的创新举措。移动通信技术是创新最活跃、应用最广泛、辐射带动作用最显著的高技术领域,因此,与企业合作共建典型生产实践项目,培养具有实践工作经验的移动通信现场工程师尤为重要。该文主要分析现场工程师的内涵和培养价值,同时从育人机制、培养目标、师资队伍、人才培养方案、课程体系、资源建设、组织形式、考核评价8个方面探索职教本科背景下现代移动通信技术专业现场工程师人才培养路径,为职业院校现场工程师人才培养提供理论指导。

Abstract: Field engineer training is an innovative initiative to promote cooperation between schools and enterprises after modern apprenticeship and new enterprise apprenticeship. Mobile communication technology is a high-tech field with the most active innovation, the most extensive used and the most significant radiation driving, so it is particularly important to cooperate with enterprises to build typical production practice projects and cultivate mobile communication field engineers with practical work experience. This paper mainly analyzes the connotation and value of field engineers, and explores the training path of field engineers in the communication industry under the background of vocational undergraduate education from eight aspects: education mechanism, training objectives, teaching staff, personnel training program, curriculum system, resource construction, organizational form, assessment and evaluation, to provide theoretical guidance for field engineers talent cultivation in vocational colleges.
