创新生态系统视角下高校创新创业教育“四链融合”机制研究

摘要: 创新创业生态系统是高校、研究机构、企业、技术服务组织以及其他创新参与者构成的动态网络,主体间相互依赖、相互促进,从而实现知识创造。为了促进创新创业教育的高质量发展,创新创业生态系统从形式上需要向一体化大平台演化,从要素上需要“四链融合”,从价值上需要实现持续创新。该文基于创新生态系统理论,分析了教育链、产业链、创新链、人才链的融合路径,提出了“四链融合”创新创业教育生态系统的运行机制和构建路径。

Abstract: The innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem is a dynamic network composed of universities, research institutions, enterprises, technology service organizations, and other innovation participants. The subjects rely on each other and promote each other, thereby realizing knowledge creation. In order to promote the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the system needs to evolve towards an integrated platform in form, seek“four chain integration” in terms of elements, and achieve sustained innovation in terms of value. Based on the theory of innovation ecosystem, this article analyzes the integration paths of education chain, industry chain, innovation chain, and talent chain, and proposes the operation mechanism and construction path of the“four chain integration”innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem.
