摘要: 该文根据“厚基础,强实践,宽口径,求创新”的原则,提出研究生开放实践创新人才培养模式改革方案,构建研究生实践能力与科研能力深度融合的教学模式:通过科研融入教学,实现关键业务应对能力以及决策谋划设计能力的提升;通过教学引导实践,实现全部业务实操能力以及复杂业务攻坚能力的提升;通过实践孵化创新,实现业务研发创造能力以及协同创新合作能力的提升;通过学、研、践三链融合,构建开放、实践、创新的人才培养模式,切实提高人才培养质量。

Abstract: According to the principle of“strengthen foundation, enhance practice, broaden scope, seeking innovation”, the reform plan of graduate students'open practice and innovation talent training mode is proposed, and the teaching mode of deep integration of graduate students’practical ability and scientific research ability is constructed. Through integrating scientific research into teaching, the key business coping ability and decision-making, planning and design ability are improved; Through teaching and guiding practice, to achieve the improvement of all business practical operation ability and complex business problem-solving ability; Incubate innovation through practice, realize the improvement of business R&D creativity ability and collaborative innovation cooperation ability; Through the integration of study, research and practice, we will build an open, practical and innovative personnel training operation model, to improve the quality of talent training.
