Abstract: This article studies the impact of local university film and television studios on the success rate of entrepreneurial talents in terms of capability development. Specifically, the research focuses on the entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial consciousness, and social skills of talents in film and television studios. Through surveys and analysis of talent development in local university film and television studios in East West North region of Guangdong, this study aims to understand the comprehensive requirements for talent in entrepreneurship and innovation in the film and television industry. Furthermore, it aims to identify the challenges and limitations faced by local university film and television studios and provide corresponding training strategies. The theoretical and practical insights gained from this research can serve as a reference for the establishment of local university film and television studios as incubation platforms for entrepreneurial and innovative projects. The significance of this study lies in its contribution to the high-quality development of local universities and the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in the region.
