Research on the Measures to Improve the Professional Practice Ability of Professional Engineering Postgraduates

摘要: 专业实践是工程类硕士专业学位研究生培养的重要环节,该文针对当前工程类硕士专业学位研究生专业实践的现状,分析了其中存在的主要问题,并提出工程类硕士专业学位研究生专业实践能力提升的措施。研究表明:企业参与的积极性不高,“双导师”分工不清、责任不明,实践过程管理不严格,是当前工程类硕士专业学位研究生专业实践存在的主要问题;加强校企联合、健全“双导师”制、严格过程管理,是实现工程类硕士专业学位研究生专业实践能力提升的有效途径。

Abstract: Professional practice is an important link in the cultivation of engineering master's degree graduate students In view of the current situation of professional engineering postgraduates, the main problems are analyzed. And the measures to improve the professional practice ability of engineering postgraduates are put forward. Research shows that the low enthusiasm of enterprise participation, the unclear division of“double tutors”and responsibility, and the lax management of practice process are the main problems existing in the professional practice of engineering postgraduates. The measures to improve the professional practice ability of professional engineering postgraduates are studies. It is pointed out that strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises, improving the“double tutor”system and strict process management are effective ways to improve the professional practice ability of professional engineering postgraduates.
