摘要: 加强学前教育应重点围绕一体化人才培养展开,凸显一体化办学与多维度育人优势。该文基于目前学前教育专业教学中一体化人才培养的现实问题,探索学前教育专业中高职一体化人才培养模式,明确具体实施措施,旨在解决上述问题,实现学生所学即所用,解决学生高职学习与学前教育从业衔接不畅的问题,为学前教育专业人才培养实践提供有益参考。

Abstract: Strengthening preschool education should focus on integrated talent cultivation and highlight the advantages of integrated education and multi-dimensional education. This article is based on the current practical problems of integrated talent cultivation in preschool education major teaching, and explores the integrated talent cultivation mode of vocational education in preschool education major, clarifying specific implementation measures, aiming to solve the above problems, achieve what students learn is what they use, and solve the poor connection between students'vocational learning and preschool education industry, providing useful reference for the practice of talent cultivation in preschool education major.
