摘要: 在“互联网+”模式下,高职院校学生就业创业指导得到了技术支持。该文就“互联网+”模式下高职院校学生就业创业指导的思路与方法展开研究,提出以生为本,紧紧围绕学生未来就业创业的根本特点与现实需求,同时要因地制宜,结合不同专业、不同职业的未来发展方向或趋势形成个性化特色。在实践过程中,首先需要完善顶层设计,强化制度供给,在此基础上深化融合联动,理论联系实践,坚持问题导向,强化观念引导。坚持双轮驱动、多措并举,高职就业创业指导才能与时俱进、卓有成效。

Abstract: Under the“Internet + ”mode, vocational college students'employment and entrepreneurship guidance has received technical support. This paper studies the ideas and methods of vocational college students’employment and entrepreneurship guidance under the“Internet + ”model, and puts forward that students should be student-centered, closely focus on the fundamental characteristics and practical needs of students’future employment and entrepreneurship, and at the same time, we should adjust measures to local conditions, combine future development directions or fundamental trends of different majors and occupations to form individual characteristics. In the process of practice, the first step is to improve the top-level design, strengthen institutional supply, deepen integration and linkage, connect theory with practice, adhere to problem orientation, and strengthen conceptual guidance. Adhering to dual wheel drive and taking multiple measures simultaneously, vocational employment and entrepreneurship guidance can keep up with the times and be effective.
