摘要: 高校本科生创新创业能力培养是国家实施创新驱动发展战略的需求。依托专业师资力量、科研平台、校外产学研教育实训基地,该文从“导师制”与“产学研”融合两个方面进行创新创业能力培养模式探索,坚持以学生发展为中心、以产出为导向的原则,融合知识传授、科研技能培训、工程实践能力培养于一体,以科教融合和校企合作为路径,实现学生创新创业能力的提升。

Abstract: The cultivation of undergraduates innovation and entrepreneurship ability is the demand of the implementation of national innovation-driven development strategy. Based on the professional teachers resource, scientific research platform, industry-university-research education practice training base, this paper explores the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship ability from the two aspects of“tutorial system”and“industry-university-research”integration. It integrates knowledge transfer, scientific research skills training and engineering practice ability training, persisting in the principle of student development as the center and output-oriented, and taking the integration of science and education and school-enterprise cooperation as the path, in order to improve the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
