摘要: 生物统计学的授课过程存在内容枯燥和学生兴趣不高等问题,因此,改变传统的教学方法,用案例教学法丰富教学内容、建设教学案例库等,是非常迫切的任务。基于生物统计学教学现状及存在的问题,该文论述了案例教学法在生物统计学教学中的重要性,采用问卷调查法研究了学生对案例教学法的认识和期待,论证了生物统计学案例库建设的急迫性和总体要求,讨论了案例教学在生物统计学课程教学中的实施途径,通过对生物统计学课程案例教学的探讨,以期为课程教学改革研究提供一些思路和参考,为生物统计学课程案例库下一步建设指明方向,也为案例教学探索一条科学的实施路径。

Abstract: Because the teaching process of biostatistics has the problems of boring content and low interest of students, so it is very urgent to change the traditional teaching methods, enrich the teaching content with case teaching method, and build a teaching case database. Based on the current situation and existing problems of biostatistics teaching, this paper discusses the importance of case teaching method in biostatistics teaching, through the questionnaire to study the student understanding of case teaching method and expectation, demonstrates the urgency and overall requirements of the construction of biostatistics case database, and discusses the implementation ways of case teaching in biostatistics teaching. Through the discussion of case teaching in biostatistics course, this paper aims to provide some ideas and references for the research of curriculum reform, point out the direction for the construction of biostatistics curriculum case database in the next step, and explore a scientific implementation path for case teaching.
