高校教师教学创新能力影响因素及提升对策研究

Research on Influencing Factors and Improving Methods of Teaching Innovation Ability of University Teachers

摘要: 教学创新能力是高校教师各种基础性教学综合能力的高层次反映,也是影响创新型人才培养质量的关键因素。该文在调查问卷的基础上,从个人影响因素、资源影响因素和环境影响因素3个方面分析了其对高校教师教学创新能力的影响,继而根据教学方法创新、教学内容创新、教学形式创新,结合高校教师教学创新能力3个方面的影响因素,提出通过教师科研能力向教学创新能力的迁移、将科研资源和设施资源纳入教学资源建设范围、保持对环境影响因素的持续关注,有效提高高校教师的教学创新能力。

Abstract: Teaching innovation ability of university teachers is a high-level reflection of all kinds of teaching comprehensive ability, which is also a key factor affecting the quality of innovative personnel practice. Based on a survey questionnaire, influencing factors of university teachers’teaching innovation ability were analyzed,which include personal factors, resource factors, and environmental factors. Combined with the main teaching innovation forms at present, the methods to improve the teaching innovation ability of university teachers are put forward, which are to transfer personal scientific research ability to teaching innovation ability, to construct scientific research resources and facility resources, to pay continuous attention to environmental factors.
