摘要: 协同育人机制是高校为了培养适应社会发展需求的高素质人才而推行的一种教育模式。在此模式下,学校、政府部门、企业三者之间形成了紧密的合作关系,共同参与对学生的培养过程。加强高校教学体系改革,全面贯彻落实高校协同育人路径,对高校建设与发展具有重要的现实意义。该文以协同育人实施背景为出发点,明确协同育人的主体功能,以价值构建、机制改革、“校企政”互助等方式促进协同育人。

Abstract: The mechanism of collaborative education is an educational model implemented by Chinese colleges and universities in order to cultivate high-quality talents who meet the needs of social development. Under this mechanism, a close partnership has been formed among schools, governments and enterprises to participate in the training process of students. Strengthening the reform of the teaching system in colleges and universities, and comprehensively implementing the road of collaborative education in colleges and universities have important practical significance for the construction and development of colleges and universities. This paper takes the background of collaborative parenting implementation as the starting point, clarifies the main function of collaborative parenting, and promotes the collaborative parenting by value construction, mechanism reform, and mutual assistance between school, enterprise and government.
