摘要: 高校创新创业人才培养要顺应时代发展和国家建设需要,在提升高校毕业生就业率和实现大学生自身发展和培养正确价值观方面也起到重要作用。该文分析了高校英语专业创新创业人才培养现状和存在的问题,并深入探讨了如何从整合课程设置、开展“参与体验式”创新创业活动、建立校内“跨学科创新创业平台”、建立校企合作的“双导师+项目+团队”协同创新创业模式4个维度出发,构建“面向全体英语专业学生”“专创结合”“融入人才培养全过程”的英语专业创新创业能力培养模式,以实现英语专业教育与创新创业教育的深度融合与协同发展,培养满足当前社会经济发展需要的创新创业型英语专业人才。

Abstract: The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial students in universities conforms to the needs of the development of the times and national construction and plays an important role in increasing the employment rate of college graduates and realizing their own development and Cultivating correct values. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial English majors in universities, and explores how to integrate curriculum settings, carry out“participatory and experiential”innovative and entrepreneurial activities, establish an“interdisciplinary innovative and entrepreneurial platform” on campus, and establish a“double tutors + project + team”collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship model for school-enterprise cooperation. In order to realize the deep integration and coordinated development of English education with innovation and entrepreneurship education, and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial English professionals to meet the needs of current social and economic development, we should construct a cultivating mode of innovative and entrepreneurial English majors with the features of“for all students”,“combined with professional education”and“integrated into the whole process of personnel training”.
