“1+X”证书制度视角下高职课证互兑的实践路径与价值

摘要: 该文借着“1+X”Web前端开发职业技能等级证书首批试点和学校试行完全学分制教学管理的契机,积极探索高职课证互兑,依托其实践,阐述学生考取职业技能证书、竞赛获奖以及社会人员素质提升的课证互兑的不同实施路径,从课程设置、分层教学、“赛马练兵”、因材施教的角度,总结了高职课证互兑的核心要义,并阐明了“集约化、系统化、市场化、教改深化”的高职课证互兑的价值。

Abstract: Taking advantage of the first pilot projects of developing vocational skill level certificates on the“1+X”Web front-end and the opportunity for schools to pilot the full credit system teaching management, we actively explore the exchange of vocational course certificates. This article, based on its practice, elaborates on the different implementation paths of course certificate exchange based on obtaining vocational skills certificates, participation in competitions, and the improvement of the quality of social personnel. From the perspectives of curriculum design, hierarchical teaching,“horse racing training”, and individualized teaching, the core principles of mutual exchange of courses and certificates in higher vocational education are summarized. And clarified the universal value of exchange of courses and certificates of intensification, systematization, marketization, and deepening educational reform.
