以多渠道就业为引领探索产教融合背景下的创新创业教育——以医学检验技术专业为例

摘要: 我国医学检验技术专业经历了从4年制转5年制又转4年制的探索历程后,逐步形成了以应用型、技术型人才培养为主要目标的教育体系。培养目标的改变要求学生的就业选择做出相应改变,因此,如何帮助学生转变就业观念,开辟多渠道就业路径是高校亟须解决的问题。该文分析产教融合在推动学生就业方面的优势,提出高校深化校企合作,鼓励学生以企业为载体、以校企合作为契机大胆进行创新创业的路径,为应用型高校医学检验技术专业培养适应多方需求的人才提供借鉴。

Abstract: The major of medical laboratory technology in our country has experienced the exploration of changing from 4-year system to 5-year system and then to 4-year system,gradually formed to the application-oriented talents and technical talents as the main objective of the education system. The change of the training goal will inevitably require students to make corresponding changes in their employment choices. Therefore, it is an urgent problem for colleges and universities to help students change their employment concept and open up multi-channel employment paths. This paper analyzes the natural advantages of the integration of industry and education in promoting multi-employment, and puts forward the ways of deepening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, encouraging students to take the enterprise as the carrier and the cooperation between colleges and enterprises as the turning point to make bold innovations and start their own businesses, it can be used for reference for the medical laboratory technology specialty of applied universities to train the talents who can meet the needs of many parties.
