摘要: “双碳战略”的实施促进了我国能源电力环保产业的发展,构建新型环境类创新创业人才培养模式是助力产业革新的有效手段。该文深入分析“大创项目”、学生竞赛与教师个人发展和学生能力培养之间的关系,探索“竞赛牵引—科教融通”环境类创新创业人才培养模式,提出构建科技创新平台、注重赛教融合以及打造“科教融通”拔尖创新人才培养新模式等举措。实践表明:学生的科研创新能力和工程实践能力得到有效提升,为我国能源电力环保行业的高质量发展提供有力人才支撑。

Abstract: The implementation of the“dual carbon strategy”has promoted the development of China's energy, electricity, and environmental protection industry. Building a new type of environmental innovation and entrepreneurship talent training model is an effective means to industrial innovation. In depth analysis of the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship projects, student competitions, teacher personal development, and student ability cultivation, exploring the“competition driven integration of science and education”environmental innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation model, proposing measures such as building a scientific and technological innovation platform, emphasizing the integration of competition and education, and creating a new model for cultivating top-notch innovative talents through“science and education integration”. Practice has shown that students'research and innovation abilities and engineering practical abilities have been effectively improved, providing strong talent support for the high-quality development of China's energy, electricity, and environmental protection industry.
