摘要: 基于协同、融合和全过程的高校创新创业教育发展趋势以及信息技术和教育数字化背景下基层教学组织的创新发展形式,根据2016—2023年开展的工作室课外人才培养实践,该文提出“虚/实工作室+校企导师团队+跨专业跨年级学生团队”(“1+M+N”)的四年一贯制创新创业人才协同培养模式,突出师生互利合作共生的可持续发展特征,强调行业产业、科研教研、课程教学、学生成才与创新创业融合。该创新人才培养模式从地方本科院校面临的实际困境出发,注重以人为本、以育人为要、以可持续为纲,可供同类院校参考。

Abstract: Based on the development trends of collaboration, integration and whole process of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities and the innovative development form of grassroots teaching organizations under the background of information technology and educational digitization, based on the studio extracurricular talent training practice carried out from 2016 to 2023, this article proposes a four-year consistent innovative and entrepreneurial talent collaborative training model of“virtual/ physical studio + school-enterprise tutor team + cross-professional and cross-student team”(“1+M+N”), highlighting the sustainable symbiosis of mutually beneficial cooperation between teachers and students, development characteristics emphasize the integration of industry and sector, scientific research and teaching, curriculum teaching, student talent development and innovation and entrepreneurship. This innovative talent training model starts from the actual difficulties faced by local universities, focuses on people-oriented, education and sustainability, and can be used as a reference for similar colleges and universities.
