摘要: 职业教育是推动区域经济健康发展、满足国家战略需求的重要力量,是技能型社会建设的中坚力量,可以为社会主义现代化建设提供新动能。将工匠精神贯穿人才培养的全过程,是职业教育的应有之义。该文从外部赋能与内在联系两方面探索技能型社会建设与工匠精神的耦合逻辑,阐释以立德树人为主的德育向度、以全面育人为主的学校向度、以技能型社会建设为主的战略向度,提出以价值转向、专业课程、实践育人为主的培育策略。

Abstract: Vocational education is an important force in promoting the healthy development of regional economy and meeting national strategic needs. It is the backbone of the construction of a skilled society and can provide new impetus for socialist modernization. Integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into the entire process of talent cultivation is the duty of vocational education. This article explores the coupling logic between the construction of a skilled society and the spirit of craftsmanship from two aspects: external empowerment and internal connection. It explains the moral education dimension that focuses on moral education, the school dimension that focuses on comprehensive education, and the strategic dimension that focuses on the construction of a skilled society. It proposes a cultivation strategy that focuses on value oriented, professional courses, and practical education.
