共生理论视角下创新创业教育与护理专业教育融合路径探析

摘要: 近年来,我国推出系列政策,支持创新创业教育与专业教育有机融合发展,但在护理专业教育中融入创新创业教育仍面临多维挑战。因此,该文基于共生理论中共生单元、共生关系及共生环境3个基本要素,从创建创新创业教育与护理专业教育共生单元、建立创新创业教育与护理专业教育共生关系以及打造创新创业教育与护理专业教育共生环境3个方面探析创新创业教育与护理专业教育融合共生路径。

Abstract: In recent years, China has launched a series of policies to support the organic integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, but integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into nursing education still faces multidimensional challenges. Therefore, based on the three basic elements of symbiotic unit, symbiotic relationship, and symbiotic environment in symbiosis theory, this article explores the path of integration and symbiosis between innovation and entrepreneurship education and nursing education from three aspects: creating a symbiotic unit, establishing the symbiotic relationship, and creating a symbiotic environment for innovation and entrepreneurship education and nursing education.
