摘要: 产教融合是高等学校尤其是行业特色高校的办学模式,是人才培养模式,也是科学研究模式,更是社会服务模式。政府部门、行业组织、高校通过探索多种产教融合方式加强校企合作,推动产业深度发展。该文研究了基于利益相关者理论的行业特色高校产教融合,分析了产教融合主体建设存在的问题,提出了高质量发展视域下行业特色高校产教融合的建设路径。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education is a mode of operation for higher education institutions, especially those with industrial characteristics; it is a mode of talent cultivation, a mode of scientific research and a mode of social service. The government sector, industry and colleges and universities explore to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation to promote the in-depth development of industry through a variety of industry-education integration methods. This paper studies the integration of industry and education in colleges and universities with industry characteristics based on stakeholder theory, analyses the problems in the construction of the main body of industry and education integration, and proposes the construction path of industry and education integration in colleges and universities with industry characteristics.
