Research and Exploration on the Training Model of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for College Students in the Context of New Engineering

摘要: 新工科背景下大学生创新创业教育培养模式在实践教学方面仍有所缺乏,在理论教学方面偏重专业知识讲授,在一定程度上限制了学生创新思维和实践能力的培养。该文分析创新创业教育培养模式现状及存在的问题,基于高校“双创”教育改革与发展要求,提出在创新创业课程体系及师资配套完善的基础上,探索构建“一实验室、一研究中心、一实践基地、一孵化平台”阶梯式实践教学平台,强化培养模式中的实践教学。该方案使大学生创新创业教育更加贴近实际,提高学生的实践能力和创新意识,同时也有助于学生在未来的工作和创业中更具竞争力。

Abstract: In the context of new engineering, there is still a lack of practical teaching in the cultivation mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students. The theoretical teaching emphasis on teaching professional knowledge has to some extent limited the cultivation of students'innovative thinking and practical abilities. This article studies and analyzes the current problems in the cultivation mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Based on the reform and development requirements of“innovation and entrepreneurship education”in universities, it proposes to explore the construction of a“one laboratory, one research center, one practice base, and one incubation platform”ladder style practical teaching platform on the basis of the perfect innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system and teacher support, and to strengthen practical teaching in the cultivation mode. This plan makes innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students more practical, improves students'practical abilities and innovation awareness, and also helps to make students more competitive in future work and entrepreneurship.
