Research on the Construction of College Innovative Entrepreneurship Talent Training System from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

摘要: 随着知识和信息时代的到来,高校肩负着培养创新创业人才的重要职责。该文通过探讨产教融合在高校创新创业人才培养体系构建中的关键作用,对资源整合、课程创新、产学合作、“双师型”教师培养以及多元评价与激励机制建立进行分析,提出了构建高效、活跃的创新创业教育体系的策略,强调了与产业界的紧密结合对于拓展教育内涵、提供实践平台和增强学生实践能力的重要性。该文可为高校创新创业教育提供策略建议,以期培育出更多适应社会发展需求的创新创业人才。

Abstract: With the advent of the knowledge and information era, colleges and universities shoulder the important responsibility of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents. By exploring the crucial role of industry-education integration in the construction of the innovative entrepreneurship talent training system in colleges, and analyzing resource integration, curriculum innovation, industry-academic cooperation,“dual-teacher”training, as well as diversified evaluation and incentive mechanisms, strategies for building an efficient and dynamic innovative entrepreneurship education system are proposed. The emphasis is placed on the importance of close integration with the industrial sector to expand educational connotations, provide practical platforms, and enhance students'practical capabilities. This study offers strategic suggestions for colleges and universities in the field of innovative entrepreneurship education, aiming to nurture more innovative entrepreneurial talents that meet the needs of social development.
