摘要: 该文探讨了智能制造背景下现代学徒制人才培养策略,通过分析学徒制度的起源与发展,以及智能制造对传统学徒制的影响,提出了紧跟智能制造技术发展、开展跨学科培养、实施学术导师制度、制定个性化学习计划、构建校企联合教研室和校企协同开发课程体系等现代学徒制人才培养策略,以满足智能制造领域对复合型人才的需求。

Abstract: This article explores the talent cultivation strategies of modern apprenticeship system under the background of intelligent manufacturing. By analyzing the origin and development of apprenticeship system, as well as the impact of intelligent manufacturing on traditional apprenticeship system, modern apprenticeship talent cultivation strategies such as closely following the development of intelligent manufacturing technology, interdisciplinary training, implementing academic mentor system, personalized learning plans, constructing school enterprise joint teaching and research rooms and school enterprise collaborative development curriculum system are proposed to meet the demand for composite talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
