以省重点实验室为依托的“互联网+”大赛育人体系构建与实效

Construction and Actual Effect of the“Internet +” Great Innovation Competition Education System Based on the Provincial Key Laboratory

摘要: 创新创业是新时代推进新质生产力发展的重要途径,也是高校培养适应经济全球化发展趋势高质量人才的重要载体。“互联网+”大赛对于学生创新能力的提高、“双创”育人格局的形成具有重要意义。高校省级重点实验室对学生科研能力、学术水平的提升作用不可替代。“互联网+”大赛和实验室均侧重在单一方面对学生进行培养,为此,该文深度融合“互联网+”大赛与实验室育人资源,构建耦合“思政引领体系、‘双师型'指导团队、项目孵化平台、打磨培训模式、保障激励机制”五要素的全方位育人体系,探讨了以省重点实验室为依托的“互联网+”大赛育人体系构建的关键问题,并开展了育人体系的实践,在大学生“大创”项目、各级各类竞赛、论文发表、专利申请等方面都取得了较好的成效。该体系能有效提升大学生创新意识和思维,全面提高大学生的创新创业能力。

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship are crucial for promoting the development of new quality productive forces in the new era and training high-quality talents who can adapt to the trend of economic globalization development. The“Internet +”contest significantly enhances students' innovative abilities and forms a mass entrepreneurship and innovation education pattern. Provincial key laboratories in colleges and universities play an irreplaceable role in improving students'scientific research abilities and academic levels. However, the Internet + competition and the laboratory focus on training students individually. Therefore, this paper integrates the “Internet +”competition and laboratory education resources to build an omnidirectional education system. This system combines the five elements of“ideological and political guidance system, double-qualified guidance team, project incubation platform, polishing training model, guarantee and incentive system”. The paper delves into the key issues in constructing the“Internet +” competition education system based on the provincial key laboratory and puts the education system into practice. This system has yielded excellent results in college students'large-scale innovation projects, winning prizes at all levels and competitions, paper publications, patent applications. The system can effectively enhance college students' innovative consciousness and thinking and improve their innovative and entrepreneurial abilities in an all-around way.
