高校护生创新能力提升研究——以右江民族医学院为例

Research on Enhancing Innovation Ability of College Nursing Students—Taking Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities as an Example

摘要: 目的 调查右江民族医学院护生创新能力的现状,分析阻碍护生形成创新能力的因素并探讨解决方法。方法 采用尤金创造力测试量表对右江民族医学院护理学院护生201人进行调查,同时调查护生发表论文情况、开展课题研究情况和科研获奖情况。结果 右江民族医学院201名护生创新力得分为(51.77±9.156)分,创造力强的护生有66人(32.8%),一般135人(67.1%)。研究结果显示:年级是影响护生创新能力的主要因素,护生发表论文49篇,其中本科生34篇,专科生15篇,有74.1%的护生参加过课题研究,有70.1%的护生曾在校科研项目中获奖。结论 右江民族医学院护生的评判性思维能力薄弱,发现问题的能力不强,因此,应创新教育理念,建设与完善护理专业方向创新教育机制,充分培养护生发现问题的能力和创新思维。

Abstract: Objective Investigate the current situation of innovation among nursing students at Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities, analyze the factors that hinder the formation of innovation among nursing students, and explore solutions. Method A survey was conducted on 201 nursing students at the School of Nursing, Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities, using the Eugene Creativity Test Scale. The survey also investigated the publication of nursing papers, research progress, and research awards of nursing students. Result The innovation score of 201 nursing students at Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities is (51.77 ± 9.156), with 66 nursing students (32.8%) having strong creativity and 135 students (67.1%) generally scoring. The research results show that grade is the main factor affecting the innovation ability of nursing students. Nursing students have published 49 papers, including 34 for undergraduate students and 15 for vocational students.74.1% of nursing students have participated in research projects, and 70.1% of nursing students have won awards in scientific research on campus. Conclusion The critical thinking ability of nursing students at Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities is weak, and their ability to discover problems is not strong. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate educational concepts, build and improve innovative education mechanisms for nursing professional directions, and fully cultivate the ability and innovative thinking of nursing students to discover problems.
