摘要: 在乡村振兴背景下,探索水产类科技特派员模式与“专硕生”培养的深度融合机制,对培养现代化水产科技人才、全面推进渔村振兴、加快渔业现代化具有深远的意义。该文分析了目前水产类“专硕生”培养中存在的主要问题,包括培养目标与培养方式缺乏创新、指导教师与实践基地资源不足。水产科技特派员模式以渔业科技人才下沉为抓手,凸显渔业科技发展与渔业人才有机融合的优势,具有深刻而又生动的实践性特征,为水产类“专硕生”的培养提供了新路径。科技特派员模式践行了水产类“专硕生”的育人理念,改革了水产类“专硕生”的课程体系,构建了水产类“专硕生”的导师团队,加强了水产类“专硕生”实践基地的建设。科技特派员模式培养水产类“专硕生”面向渔业、渔村现代化建设,解决渔业发展和渔民关切的问题,满足渔业产业转型升级和创新发展对高层次渔业应用型人才的需求,具有应用和推广价值。

Abstract: In the context of rural revitalization, exploring the deep integration mechanisms between the sci-tech special commissioner model and the cultivation of fisheries professional degree postgraduate has profound significance for cultivating modern aquatic technology talents, comprehensively promoting the revitalization of fishing villages, and accelerating the modernization of fisheries. This study analyzes the main problems in the current cultivation of fisheries professional degree postgraduate, including lack of innovation in cultivate objectives and methods, insufficient resources for guiding teachers and practical bases. The sci-tech special commissioner model focuses on the sinking of fishery talents, highlighting the advantages of the organic integration of fishery technology development and fishery talents. It has profound and vivid practical characteristics, providing a new path for the cultivation of fisheries professional degree postgraduate. The sci-tech special commissioner model has implemented the educational philosophy, reformed the curriculum system, constructed a tutor team, and strengthened the construction of practical bases for fisheries professional degree postgraduate. The sci-tech special commissioner model cultivates fisheries professional degree postgraduate in the fisheries field, focusing on the modernization of fisheries and fishing villages, addressing the development of fisheries and the concerns of fishermen. It meets the needs of high-level applied talents in the transformation, upgrading, and innovative development of the fisheries industry, and has application and promotion value.
