摘要/Abstract

摘要： 该文结合常州高职院校专业建设与新能源之都建设的实际情况,对两者的融合发展进行了研究。首先,分析了常州高职院校专业建设与新能源之都建设融合发展的必要性和可行性。其次,通过对常州高职院校专业建设和新能源之都建设的现状进行调研,发现存在专业设置与新能源产业发展需求不匹配、人才培养模式不能适应新能源产业发展需要、校企合作不深入等问题。针对这些问题,提出了可以通过优化专业结构、创新人才培养模式、加强校企合作等措施,促进常州高职院校专业建设与新能源之都建设的融合发展。最后,强调在融合发展过程中要运用创新思维,联系常州当地实际,不断优化融合发展的实施方案。

Abstract: Based on the actual situation of the construction of majors in vocational colleges in Changzhou and the construction of the new energy capital, a study was conducted on the integration and development of the two. Firstly, the necessity and feasibility of integrating the professional construction of vocational colleges in Changzhou with the construction of the new energy capital were analyzed. Secondly, through a survey of the current situation of professional construction and the construction of the new energy capital in vocational colleges in Changzhou, it was found that there are problems such as mismatch between professional settings and the development needs of the new energy industry, inadequate talent training models to meet the development needs of the new energy industry, and insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises. In response to these issues, measures such as optimizing the professional structure, innovating talent cultivation models, and strengthening school enterprise cooperation have been proposed to promote the integration and development of the professional construction of Changzhou vocational colleges and the construction of the new energy capital. Finally, it is emphasized to apply innovative thinking in the process of integrated development, connect with the local reality of Changzhou, and continuously optimize the implementation plan of integrated development.
