产教融合背景下应用型高校创新创业教育的路径创新与实践研究

摘要: 产教融合的深入推进,加之高校“四新”建设,对应用型本科高校的人才培养提出了新的要求,对应用型高校创新创业教育也赋予了新的内涵。近些年,应用型高校广泛开展创新创业教育并取得了一定实效,但是,在创新创业教育顶层设计、制度建设、师资水平、课程建设等方面尚存不足,仍然需要进一步完善。该文从科教兴国战略出发,全面剖析应用型高校创新创业教育实践融入人才培养各个环节、创新人才培养全过程,实现多学科交叉融合、跨学科学习、校内外协同,以期进一步推动应用型高校创新创业教育的可持续高质量发展。

Abstract: The deepening of the integration of production and education, coupled with the "four new" construction of colleges and universities, put forward new requirements for the talent training of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities, and gave new connotations to the innovation and entrepreneurship education of application-oriented colleges and universities. In recent years, applied colleges and universities have widely carried out innovation and entrepreneurship education and achieved certain results. However, there are still shortcomings in the top-level design of innovation and entrepreneurship education, system construction, teacher level, curriculum construction and other aspects, which still need to be further improved. Starting from the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, this paper comprehensively analyzes the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education practice into all aspects of talent training and the whole process of innovative talent training in application-oriented colleges and universities, so as to achieve interdisciplinary integration, interdisciplinary learning and collaboration inside and outside the school, in order to further promote the sustainable and high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented colleges and universities.
