新商科背景下金融学专业实践教学探索——以江汉大学为例

摘要: 新商科建设要求培养应用型、复合型、创新型金融人才。该文首先分析了新商科建设下金融学专业开展实践教学的必要性,其次以江汉大学为例,从师资队伍、实验室基础设施、校企合作等方面分析了金融学开展实践教学的基础和条件;最后构建了由课内基础实践、创新活动实践和行业认知实践3个部分组成的实践教学体系,并说明了实践教学的开展情况及实施效果,为商科专业开展实践教学提供经验借鉴。

Abstract: The construction of new business requires the cultivation of applied, versatile, and innovative financial talents. Firstly, the necessity of conducting practical teaching in the finance major under the construction of the new business school was analyzed. Then, taking Jianghan University as an example, the foundation and conditions for conducting practical teaching in finance were analyzed from the aspects of faculty, laboratory infrastructure, and school enterprise cooperation. A practical teaching system consisting of three parts: in class basic practice, innovative activity practice, and industry cognitive practice was constructed, and it also explains the implementation and effectiveness of practical teaching, providing experience and reference for the practical teaching of business majors.
