摘要: 将传统商科教育与大数据、人工智能、云计算等交叉融合,培养学生的专业创新能力,是新商科专业提升学生核心竞争力的重要途径。新商科教育注重培养学生在管理领域的数据思维和数据分析能力,这是新商科学生创新能力培养的重点。该文基于OBE(成果导向教育)理念,构建以智能化应用场景升级传统商科专业课程,以解决实际创新任务为需求,建设以智能化课程为核心的人才培养方案,构建创新能力考评体系,为新商科专业大学生创新能力培养提供可行性建议。

Abstract: Integrating traditional business education with big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and cultivating students'professional innovation ability is an important way for new business majors to enhance their core competitiveness. New business education focuses on cultivating students'abilities in data thinking and data analysis in the field of management, which is the focus of cultivating innovative abilities for new business students. This article is based on the OBE education concept and constructs a talent cultivation plan centered on upgrading traditional business professional courses with intelligent application scenarios and building intelligent courses to meet the needs of practical innovation tasks. It constructs an innovation ability evaluation system and provides feasible suggestions for the cultivation of innovation ability of new business major university students.
