Abstract: With the development of the knowledge economy, universities are no longer just places for teaching and research, but are increasingly turning into intelligent centers for social decision-making and development. University think tanks, as a concrete manifestation of this transformation in universities, are increasingly receiving attention from decision-makers and the public. Based on this, this article studies the optimization measures for the construction of a new type of university think tank talent team in the new era, elaborates on the problems in the construction of a new type of university think tank talent team, and provides optimization measures for the construction of a new type of university think tank talent team in the new era.
