摘要: 教师的教学能力是决定人才培养质量的核心要素,在广西地区的民办高校中,教师实践教学水平受到诸多因素的制约,影响了复合型人才培养。为了构建一支既能够传授理论知识,又具备丰富实践经验,可培育适应未来社会需求的复合型人才的师资队伍,针对性提升高校教师的综合能力,该文在产教融合视域下,深入分析广西民办高校教师教学能力提升的路径,以期为提高广西民办高校的师资建设水平提供相关参考。
