高校虚拟教研室建设的价值意蕴、主线遵循与路径选择——以英语翻译课程为例

Value Connotation, Main Line Following, and Path Selection of the Construction of Virtual Teaching and Research Rooms in Universities—Taking English Translation Course as an Example

摘要: 虚拟教研室是信息化时代高校基层教学组织建设的创新探索。新时期,加强英语翻译课程虚拟教研室建设,有利于落实立德树人根本任务,实现协作共享教研交流,促进多元主题分类探索,发挥优秀教师示范作用。明确英语翻译课程虚拟教研室的建设主线,具体要以专业教学研究为主导、以学科资源共建为基础、以创新教研为动力、以团队人才培养为根本。在此基础上,该文从创新英语翻译教学模式,实现提质培优;加强英语翻译资源建设,实现共建共享;推动英语翻译产教融合,实现互联互通;促进英语翻译教师队伍建设,引领卓越发展等方面,探索英语翻译课程虚拟教研室的建设路径。

Abstract: Virtual teaching and research rooms are innovative explorations in the construction of grassroots teaching organizations in universities in the information age. In the new era, strengthening the construction of virtual teaching and research rooms for English translation courses is conducive to implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents, achieving collaborative sharing of teaching and research exchanges, promoting exploration of diverse thematic classifications, and playing the exemplary role of excellent teachers. Clarify the main line of the construction of the virtual teaching and research room for English translation courses, which should be led by professional teaching research, based on the co construction of subject resources, driven by innovative teaching research, and fundamentally based on team talent cultivation. On this basis, we will innovate the teaching mode of English translation to achieve quality improvement and excellence; Strengthen the construction of English translation resources and achieve co construction and sharing; Promote the integration of English translation industry and education, and achieve interconnectivity; Explore and propose the construction path of a virtual teaching and research room for English translation courses in promoting the construction of the English translation teacher team and leading outstanding development.
