Abstract: By analyzing the current situation and problems of innovative and entrepreneurial education for municipal engineering and technology in vocational colleges, this paper explores a whole-process education system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents for municipal engineering based on the integration of schools and enterprises. The system aims to achieve the cultivation objective of high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and form an all-round and progressive system for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in vocational colleges according to the procedures of understanding of the industry, integration into the industry, practical training, solving industry problems, and innovation and entrepreneurial practice.
