摘要: 该文分析了当前机器学习课程教学的现状,提出面向实践创新能力培养的教学改革方案;明确以学生为中心的教学理念,设计培养学生人工智能技术基础和视野的教学内容;重点培养学生在机器学习方向的实践创新能力,包括提高其数据分析问题抽象与建模能力、算法编程和结果分析能力,拓展其人工智能视野,培养其终身学习理念。教学实践证明:该方案较好地达到了预期目标,对提高计算机专业的人才培养质量有积极推动作用。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the current situation of machine learning course, the paper propose a reform program of machine learning for cultivating students'practice and innovation abilities. The program clarifies the student-centered teaching concept, and designs teaching contents that cultivate students'foundation and perspective of Artificial Intelligence technology. It focuses on cultivating students'practice and innovation abilities in the field of machine learning, including improving their abilities to abstract and model data analysis problems, to program algorithms and analyze result, expanding their perspectives on Artificial Intelligence, and cultivating their lifelong-learning concepts. Teaching practice has proven that this program has achieved the expected goals well and could improve talents'quality cultivated in the computer major.
