摘要: 产业学院作为人才培养的新形式,在推动产教融合发展方面发挥着重要作用。该文结合产业学院在培养模式、人才定位、师资队伍建设等方面存在的问题,以安徽信息工程学院人工智能产业学院为例,探讨应用型本科高校构建项目化教学人才培养模式,阐述产业学院特色发展和产教融合的新路径,为社会培养创新型、应用型人才,提升人才培养质量。

Abstract: As a new form of talent training, industrial colleges play an important role in promoting the integrated development of industry and education. This article takes the Artificial Intelligence Industrial College of Anhui Institute of Information Engineering as an example to discuss the problems faced by industrial colleges in terms of training models, talent positioning, and faculty construction, etc., and discusses the construction of project-based teaching talent training model in application-oriented undergraduate universities, expounding the new path of industrial colleges in the development of characteristics and the integration of industry and education, the innovative and applied talents were cultivated for social needs. The quality improvement of talent training was promoted.
