基于OBE理念的微生物与免疫学课程教学改革

Teaching Reform of Microbiology and Immunology Based on OBE Concept

摘要: 该文以临床常见的肠道传染病细菌性痢疾为例,从标本的采集、分离培养、形态和生化检查、抗原构造其毒力判定,血清学鉴定以及痢疾杆菌的来源、预防及治疗,对理化因素的敏感性、药物的敏感试验、药物中微生物的检查等项目出发,具体阐述和实践了在OBE(成果导向教育)理念下微生物与免疫学的教学改革,通过实验组与对照组对比教学,发现实验组学生知识储备、实践动手技能和创意能力得到了明显提升,教学效果明显优于对照组。教学改革旨在提高药学专业的微生物与免疫学课程教学质量,为社会提供高级应用型技术人才。

Abstract: Taking the clinical infectious shigellosis of intestinal diseases as an example, from the collection, isolation and culture of specimens, morphological and biochemical examination, and the determination of virulence of antigen structure, serological identification, source of Shigella, prevention and treatment, sensitivity to physical and chemical factors, drug sensitivity test, microbial examination in drugs, etc. , the teaching reform of microbiology and immunology under the concept of OBE (Outcome-Based Education) was elaborated and practiced, the experimental group students'Knowledge Reserve, practical skills and creative ability have been significantly improved, and the teaching effect is significantly better than the control group. The purpose of teaching reform is to improve the teaching quality of microbiology and immunology in pharmacy, and also to provide advanced applied technical talents for the society.
