摘要: 随着社会对应用型创新人才需求的不断增加,产教融合教学模式在高校人才培养环节和社会经济发展中起到了重要作用。然而,高校运行该模式仍面临一些困难,该文从分析产教融合模式的作用和意义出发,指出了高校产教融合教学模式存在的问题,并提出了促进产教融合、协同育人的主要策略,以期提升高校的教学水平,为企业培养高质量的应用型人才,实现校企共赢。

Abstract: With the increasing social demand for application-oriented innovative talents, the teaching mode of production and education integration plays an important role in the training of talents in colleges and universities and the development of social economy. However, colleges and universities still face some difficulties in the operation of this mode. Starting from the analysis of the function and significance of the mode of integration of production and education, this paper points out the problems existing in the integrated teaching mode of production and education in university, and puts forward the main strategies to promote the integration of production and education, in order to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities, cultivate high-quality applied talents for enterprises, and achieve a win-win situation between schools and enterprises.
