Abstract: Addressing issues such as imperfect management of experimental training equipment, unreasonable layout of training room spaces, and poor hygiene conditions in our school's pharmaceutical production training base, this paper explores the application of the“6S management”theory, including sorting, tidying, cleaning, standardizing, disciplining, and sustaining, to guide the daily work of the pharmaceutical production training base. It aims to improve personnel literacy, emphasize laboratory safety, and solve teaching and management problems. The implementation of this approach has enhanced the image of the training base, ensured laboratory safety, and highlighted the effectiveness of the training base.
