摘要: 产教融合、校企合作是职业教育内涵式发展、质量提升的必由之路。以学生创新创业能力培养作为校企协同育人的切入点,是职业教育校企合作机制创新研究以及构建新型育人架构的有效途径。该文基于当前高校创新创业教育校企协同育人存在的问题,提出了协同育人新思路,探讨了创新创业素质人才培养实践的具体实施过程。该思路与实践巩固强化了创新创业教育中校企协同育人的核心地位,调动企业内在动力,激发了学生的“双创”热情,构建了企业、高校主体协同开展创新创业教育新范式,能够有力提高人才的综合竞争力。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education, as well as cooperation between schools and enterprises, is the only way to develop the connotation and improve the quality of vocational education. Taking the cultivation of students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities as the starting point for collaborative education between schools and enterprises is an effective way to innovate the mechanism of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education and construct a new education framework. This article proposes a new approach to collaborative education based on the existing problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities, and explores the specific implementation process of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial quality talents. This approach and practice have consolidated and strengthened the core position of collaborative education between schools and enterprises in innovation and entrepreneurship education, mobilized the internal motivation of enterprises, stimulated students' enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship, and constructed a new paradigm for collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship education between enterprises and university entities, which can effectively improve the comprehensive competitiveness of talents.
