Abstract: High-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way, and achieving fuller and higher quality employment is an important foundation for promoting common prosperity for all the people, therefore, it is urgent to provide high-quality vocational education and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents. In recent years, the situation of ceramic art vocational school students'employment is more severe because of their specialty and the narrow channel of employment and entrepreneurship. Based on the investigation and analysis of the employment quality of vocational school students of ceramic art before and after the epidemic situation, to explore the effective measures to promote high quality employment and entrepreneurship of ceramic art vocational school students by the four-in-one of college, graduate, industrial environment and employment environment.
