摘要: 针对地方应用型高校在人才培养过程中存在的专业形式单一、课程体系大而全现象,该文基于目标导向教育(OBE)理念,提出了以学习目标达成为中心、以行业应用为指挥棒、以区域经济需求为驱动力的电子设计自动化(EDA)行业特色课程群体系建设,实现了高素质创新型行业技术人才培养,为地方应用型高校的错位发展、特色发展提供了新的思路和有益借鉴。电子信息工程专业近几年的试点效果表明:基于OBE理念的EDA行业特色课程群增强了学生构建知识体系的意识,显著提升了学生的创新应用能力与可持续发展能力,为区域产业技术升级提供了人才和智力保障。

Abstract: In the procedure of talent educating in local application-oriented universities, there are some phenomena,such as simple specialty setting, large and comprehensive course system,and so on, that do not meet the needs of modern social development. Based on the OBE theory, this paper puts forward the construction of electronic design automation (EDA) course group system with industry feature, which takes the learning goal as the center, the industrial application as the baton, and the regional economic demand as the driving force, and expecting it will realize the training of high-quality innovative industrial technical talents, and provide new ideas and useful references for the malposition development and distinguishing feature development of local application-oriented universities. In recent years, the effect of the pilot work on the major of electronic information engineering in our university shows that the EDA course group with industry feature based on OBE theory enhances the students'awareness of self knowledge construction, significantly improves the students'innovative application ability and sustainable development ability. Furthermore, it also provides human resources and intellectual support for regional industrial technology upgrading.
