摘要: 该文探讨了先进制造背景下金工实训教学的改革与研究。在当前云制造、大数据和人工智能等先进制造技术快速发展的背景下,金工实训教学面临着新的需求和挑战。传统金工实训教学存在实践种类单一、设备陈旧、教学沿用传统方式等不足之处,无法满足新时代对高素质金工技术人才培养的要求。基于先进制造技术的创新思路,该文以山西能源学院为例,提出了引用先进制造技术进行教学、采用校企结合的方式提高金工实训的应用性和提高实训教学的信息化水平等优化措施,通过这些改革与创新,促进金工实训教学的发展,培养适应新时代要求的高素质金工技术人才。

Abstract: This paper explores the reform and research of metalworking practical training teaching in the context of advanced manufacturing. Against the backdrop of the rapid development of advanced manufacturing technologies such as cloud manufacturing, big data, and artificial intelligence, metalworking training and teaching are facing new needs and challenges. Traditional metalworking practical training teaching has shortcomings such as a single type of practice, outdated equipment, and traditional teaching methods, which cannot meet the requirements of the new era for the cultivation of high-quality metalworking technical talents. Based on the innovative ideas of advanced manufacturing technology, this article takes Shanxi Energy University as an example to propose optimization measures such as using advanced manufacturing technology for teaching, adopting a school enterprise combination approach to improve the applicability of metalworking practical training, and improving the informatization level of practical teaching. Through these reforms and innovations, the aim is to promote the development of metalworking practical teaching and cultivate high-quality metalworking technical talents who meet the requirements of the new era.
