Teaching Innovation and Practice of Course Design of Pharmaceutical Engineering Workshop Based on Pharmaceutical Design Academic Competition

摘要: 为解决教学过程中设计题目陈旧、教师工程经验匮乏、学生学习兴趣低等问题,该文设计并实施了基于制药设计大赛的制药车间课程设计教学模式。该教学模式将全国大学生制药工程设计竞赛和课程设计过程有机融合,在设计题目布置、教师能力提升、学生完成方式方面进行革新,并以年产5 000万支柴胡口服液车间设计为例进行展示。在新教学模式下,教师和学生的工程实践能力显著提高,教学效果良好,为制药应用型工科人才的培养提供了有效途径。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem in teaching process of obsolete course design topics, lack of engineering experience of teachers and low learning interest of students, a teaching mode of course design of pharmaceutical engineering workshop based on pharmaceutical design academic competition is designed and implemented, which is based on the latest personnel training programs and teaching syllabus. The teaching model organically integrates the national college students'pharmaceutical engineering design academic competition with the course design process, and innovates in 3 aspects: assignment of the topic of course design, improvement of engineering ability of teachers, accomplishment of course design by students. This paper demonstrates the bupleurum oral liquid workshop design with an annual output of 50 million as an example. Under the new teaching mode, the engineering practice ability of teachers and students is improved significantly, and the teaching effect is good, which provides an effective way for the training of pharmaceutical applied engineering talents.
