一流学科背景下采矿工程大学生创业能力提升策略研究

摘要: 在响应节能减排和实现“双碳”目标的背景下,所有采矿从业者都应全力以赴推动能源资源的绿色可持续开发和使用。采矿工程专业学生创业能力的提升不仅需要学生有较高的综合素质水平、学科有完善的培养教育体系,还需要先进科研成果与创业教育紧密结合。该文针对采矿工程专业提出了制定问题引领式教育、打造“三创”培养模式、发挥“三永远”精神以及采取“三步走”培养策略,以期提升采矿工程大学生创业能力,并对一流学科支撑工科类专业建设提供借鉴。

Abstract: In the context of energy conservation and emission reduction and the achievement of double carbon goals, all mining practitioners should spare no effort to promote the green and sustainable development and use of energy resources. The improvement of entrepreneurial ability of mining engineering major not only requires students to have a high level of comprehensive quality, needs a sound discipline training and education system, but also requires a close combination of advanced scientific research achievements and entrepreneurship education. Aiming at the major of mining engineering, this paper puts forward the formulation of problem-leading education, the establishment of“three innovation” training mode, the exertion of“three eternity”spirit and the adoption of“three steps”training strategy, in order to improve the entrepreneurial ability of mining engineering students. This will provide reference for first-class disciplines to support the construction of engineering majors.
