摘要: 该文针对全国大学生智能汽车竞赛的发展现状以及在竞赛组织和实施过程中遇到的困难,通过分析培养、选拔和备赛过程中存在的问题,进行了培养模式的改革。实施效果表明:该培养模式具有有效性、可持续性和可推广性。通过竞赛的培养,学生开展了多角度、多层次的实践,形成了良好的赛风和学风,促进了理论教学与实践教学的深度融合,实现了人才高质量培养、高质量毕业、高质量就业和高质量升学,为高校人才培养增添了动力。

Abstract: Aiming at the current situation of the development of the National University Student Smart Car Competition and the difficulties encountered in the organization and implementation of the competition, the author analyzed the problems existing in the process of training, selection, and preparation, and carried out a reform of the training mode. The implementation results show that the training mode is effective, sustainable, and promotable. Through the training of competitions, students have conducted multi-angle and multi-level practice. It formed a good style of competition and learning, promoted the deep integration of theoretical teaching and practical teaching, achieved high-quality talent cultivation, high-quality graduation, high-quality employment, and high-quality education, added impetus to talent cultivation in universities.
