酱酒行业的市场营销专业应用型人才需求状况分析与建议

摘要: 在政府相关政策的指引下,我国酱酒行业进入全新的发展阶段,对市场营销人才的需求日益增长。该文分析了酱酒行业发展对市场营销人才的需求现状,并对仁怀市部分酱酒企业展开实地调研,明确了营销人才需具备的专业能力、综合能力及创新能力三项重要能力,最后从政府层面、企业层面、高校层面分别提出市场营销人才能力培养的具体路径。

Abstract: Under the guidance of relevant government policies, China's soy sauce industry has entered a new stage of development. Currently, and the demand for marketing talents is growing day by day. This article analyzes the current demand for marketing talents in the development of the sauce wine industry, and conducts on-site research on some sauce wine enterprises in Renhuai City. It clarifies the three important abilities that marketing talents need to possess, including professional ability, comprehensive ability, and innovation ability. Finally, specific paths for cultivating marketing talents'abilities are proposed from the government level, enterprise level, and university level.
