摘要： 基于国家提出的新医科建设要求,为了培养符合医药事业发展需要的“医药+X”高层次复合型创新创业型人才,武汉生物工程学院结合目前创新创业教育的现状和多年来创新创业教育的探索,分析了开展药学类专业创新创业教育的必要性和存在的短板,构建了“一个主线、一种机制、两个体系、三种能力、四方力量”的“11234”药学类专业创新创业型人才培养新模式,依托政府、企业、高校和学生四方力量,实现“产、学、研、用”的有效融合,贯通“理论→实践→创业”环节,持续推进武汉生物工程学院的创新创业型人才培养,与时俱进促进学院发展。

Abstract: Based on the construction requirements of new medical science proposed by the state, in order to cultivate "medicine+X" high-level compound innovative and entrepreneurial talents that meet the needs of the development of pharmaceutical industry, Wuhan University of Bioengineering reviewed and analyzed the necessity and shortcomings of innovative and entrepreneurial education for pharmaceutical majors in combination with the current situation of innovative and entrepreneurial education and the exploration of innovative and entrepreneurial education for many years, a new "11234" mode of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents for pharmaceutical majors with "one main line, one mechanism, two systems, three abilities and four forces" has been constructed, relying on the four forces of the government, enterprises, universities and students to realize the effective integration of industry-education-research-application, linking "theory→practice→entrepreneurship" link, and we will continue to promote the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Wuhan University of Bioengineering to keep pace with the times and improve its development.
