新农科背景下多学科融合的食品类专业人才培养体系的探索

摘要: 食品类学科直接服务于乡村振兴产业一线。高素质复合型人才培养的质量对推动农产品产业链的发展具有重要意义。该文从新农科建设背景出发,分析了现阶段食品类专业建设体系中存在的主要问题,介绍了中南民族大学在新农科改革与实践项目实施中,面向新农民、新农村、新农业、新生态,以产业发展需求为导向推动的教育教学改革。构建了产业链与人才培养链结合的多学科融合教学体系,实现人才培养的多元化,探索了乡村振兴背景下食品类专业复合型人才培养的新路径。

Abstract: Food subjects directly serve the front line of rural revitalization industry, and the quality of high-quality compound talents training is of great significance to promote the development of the agricultural products industry chain. From the background of the construction of new agricultural science, this paper analyses the main problems in the construction system of food majors at the present stage, and introduces the education reform promoted by South-Center Minzu University during the implementation of the reform and practice project of new agricultural science, which oriented towards new farmers, new countryside, new agriculture and new ecology, and the needs of industrial development. A multidisciplinary integrated teaching system combining the industrial chain and the talent training chain was constructed to realize the diversification of talent training in order to explore a new path for the training of composite talents in food majors in ethnic areas.
