摘要: 实践教育是职业教育的重要组成部分。为有效扩充校内办学资源,解决职业本科教育高质量发展问题,亟须提升和加强校内实训基地建设,以此提高职业本科院校人才培养质量和办学竞争力。该文分析了基于产教融合背景的职业本科院校校内实训基地建设的内涵和意义,结合相关的实践案例,提出构建校内实训基地建设的共同目标、加强实训硬件和资金投入保障、制定和完善各项机制建设三个方面的探索对策,从而促进职业本科教育就业和适应产业发展需求,着力打造产教系统性融合、支撑高质量职业本科教育发展的新引擎。

Abstract: Practical education is also the vitality of vocational education. In order to effectively expand school-running resources and solve the problem of high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education, it is necessary to constantly strengthen and improve the construction of in-school training base, so as to improve the quality and competitiveness of talent training in vocational undergraduate education. This paper analyzes the connotation and significance of the construction of the training base in vocational colleges and universities based on the integration of industry and education, and puts forward the exploration countermeasures in three aspects, including the common goal of the construction of the training base in vocational colleges and universities, strengthening the guarantee of training hardware and capital investment, and formulating and improving the construction of various mechanisms, so as to promote the employment of vocational colleges and universities and adapt to the needs of industrial development, we will strive to build a new engine for the systematic integration of industry and education to support the development of high-quality vocational undergraduate education.
